#BBNaijaAllStars: Adekunle Wins First Head Of House Challenge, Mercy Wins Immunity

Adekunle has won the first Head of House challenge with Mercy securing immunity.

 

Newsonline Nigeria reports that the much-awaited 8th edition of Big Brother Naija (BBNaija) All-Stars commenced with a grand spectacle on July 23, 2023, sending fans nationwide into a frenzy of excitement.

 

On Monday, July 24, 2023, the season saw its first-ever head-of-house game, which was won by Adekunle. Unlike previous seasons, the head-of-house challenge started a little earlier in the afternoon.

The game was played in stages as per usual, the first stage saw each housemate called into the arena, one after the other.

 

The first round was a game of memory. The housemates were given 60 seconds to go through 20 boxes and memorize the potions of each item.

 

Afterward, they were asked to dance to music of big brother’s choice. After that is completed, they were asked to pick an envelope from a black basket and locate the item in the envelope, under the boxes they had opened.

After the memory challenge was completed in the arena, big brother called all the housemates back to the arena to prepare them for the next challenge.

 

In the next challenge, the housemates were told to go to the lounge to search for a black envelope. Mercy found the first envelope, and she won immunity for this week’s eviction.

In other news, Frodd and Seyi struggled for the second envelope. According to the video, Seyi found the envelope first, on seeing Seyi approaching the head of the house chair, Frodd rushed to grab the envelope. After a few minutes of tassel, Seyi gave up the envelope to Frodd, instead of immunity, he was wished a better luck.

Ike, Soma Adekunle, Cross, and Alex got the fastest time. However, Adekunle emerged winner with a record time of 12 seconds. On winning the Head of House, Adekunle chose Soma, Seyi, Cross, and Frodd as BFFs to share the head of the house lounge with him.
