NewsOnline Nigeria reports that one of Nigeria’s top entertainment reality television shows – Big Brother Naija (#BBNaija) will today welcome new housemates to kick off season 9 of the show.
This Nigeria news platform understands that the show kicked off today at 7 pm Nigerian time with Ebuka Obi-Uchendu returning as the host.

This year’s edition of the reality show according to Ebuka is dubbed “No Loose Guard”.

Kellyrae and Kassia (DoubleKay), who are married to each other, are the 13th pair to enter the house. The 14th housemate pair are Chizoba and Onyeka (Chekas).
8th BBNaija pairing to enter the house are Tjay and Ben (Beta). Ocee and Ozee (Mbadiwe Twins) came in as the 9th pair. The 10th pair to join the BBNaija Season 9 house are Toyosi and Damilola (Tami). Nelly and Anita (Nelita) are the 11th pair in the BBNaija House. Coming in as the 12th housemate pairing are Mayor Frosh and Toby Forge (Streeze).
Coming in as the 6th pair for season 9 are Victoria and Shaun (Shatoria). While Wanni and Handi (Wanni X Handi) came in as the 7th housemate pairing.
The third pair to enter the BBNaija house DJ Flo and Rhuthee (Flourish). (Ndi Nne) Chinne and Nne, who came in as an aunty and niece, are the fourth pair to enter the house. The fifth pair are Topher and Sooj (Aces).
The first pair to enter the house are Chinwe and Zion (Zinwe). They were followed by the (Radicals) Femi David and Michael.
After the unveiling of the season 9 house design, Nigerian singer, Niniola thrills the crowd with an electrifying performance.
