AMCON Lists Prime Properties for Sale Across Nigeria in Competitive Bidding Exercise

AMCON has listed prime properties for sale across Nigeria in competitive bidding exercise.

 

NewsOnline Nigeria reports that the Asset Management Corporation of Nigeria (AMCON) has officially announced the sale of multiple high-value properties across key Nigerian cities as part of its ongoing efforts to recover non-performing assets acquired from financial institutions.

 

According to a public notice published in ThisDay Newspaper on Monday, AMCON will sell the listed properties through a competitive bidding process, with bid submissions closing on July 11, 2025. Details about the bid opening schedule and further procedures will be made available on AMCON’s official website.

The portfolio spans Lagos, Abuja, Oyo, Plateau, and Rivers States, and includes a range of property types—commercial complexes, residential buildings, warehouses, and hospitality facilities.

 

Below is a summary of the properties up for sale:


1. Warehouse & Office Complex – Ibadan, Oyo State

  • Location: Km 9, Old Lagos Road, Podo (Plots 1–3, Road 1, Zone 2), Mogbojubola Layout
  • Features: Warehouse, office block, gatehouse, generator block, external toilet
  • Land Size: Approximately 12,803 sqm

2. Two-Floor Office Complex – Gbagada, Lagos
