NewsOnline Nigeria reports that the Asset Management Corporation of Nigeria (AMCON) has officially announced the sale of multiple high-value properties across key Nigerian cities as part of its ongoing efforts to recover non-performing assets acquired from financial institutions.
According to a public notice published in ThisDay Newspaper on Monday, AMCON will sell the listed properties through a competitive bidding process, with bid submissions closing on July 11, 2025.
