Alpha Morgan Bank has relocated head office to Lagos and recorded ₦1.9bn Pre-Tax Profit.

NewsOnline Nigeria reports that Alpha Morgan Bank Limited has announced the relocation of its head office from Abuja to Lagos, marking a new phase in its growth strategy and nationwide expansion.

The bank disclosed that its head office has moved from 44 Adetokunbo Ademola Crescent, Wuse II, Abuja, to 52 Adetokunbo Ademola Street, Victoria Island, Lagos.

The relocation follows a series of milestones recorded by the financial institution, including the expansion of its branch network across several cities and strong financial performance within its first 10 months of operations.

According to the bank, it recorded a profit before tax (PBT) of ₦1.9 billion within the period and exceeded its capitalisation threshold, reflecting its early progress in Nigeria’s financial services sector.

The move to Lagos, the country’s commercial hub, is expected to support the bank’s efforts to strengthen its market presence, deepen customer relationships and expand access to its financial services.

Alpha Morgan Bank Highlights Growth Milestones

Beyond its financial performance, Alpha Morgan Bank said it has continued to invest in its workforce through inclusive recruitment practices and support communities through its corporate social responsibility initiatives.

The bank also promotes economic knowledge sharing through its quarterly Alpha Morgan Economic Review webinar, featuring economist Bismarck Rewane.

These initiatives form part of its broader strategy to build a sustainable financial institution while contributing to economic awareness and community development.

Commenting on the relocation, the Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer of Alpha Morgan Bank, Ade Buraimo, described the move as an important milestone in the institution’s growth journey.

“The relocation of our Head Office from Adetokunbo Ademola, Abuja to Adetokunbo Ademola, Lagos is unique and exciting, representing an important step in our growth journey,” Buraimo said.

He attributed the bank’s progress to the dedication of its employees, the trust of its customers and its commitment to building an accessible and sustainable financial institution.

“Our achievements so far reflect the dedication of our people, the trust of our customers and our commitment to building a strong, accessible and sustainable financial institution,” he added.

Bank Appreciates CBN, Reaffirms Expansion Plans

Buraimo also expressed appreciation to the Central Bank of Nigeria (CBN) for its continued support, while acknowledging the contributions of the bank’s board, management and employees to its development.

The relocation underscores Alpha Morgan Bank’s intention to strengthen its nationwide presence as it builds on its initial operational and financial milestones.

The bank said it remains committed to expanding its reach, improving customer relationships and creating long-term value for the communities it serves.

The new Lagos head office marks another step in its efforts to establish a stronger presence in Nigeria’s competitive banking industry.
