Portable rejected N100m offer and demanded N1bn to beat VeryDarkMan.

NewsOnline Nigeria reports that Nigerian controversial street-pop sensation Habeeb Okikiola, famously known as Portable, has turned down a N100 million proposal to physically confront social media critic Martins Otse, aka VeryDarkMan, stating that he would only agree to the fight if offered N1 billion.

The tension between the musician and the online commentator intensified after Portable openly condemned VDM for his attacks on President Bola Tinubu’s administration.

Since then, both have been locked in a fierce social media battle, exchanging diss tracks and verbal insults, with their rivalry drawing widespread attention online.

In a video shared on Instagram, Portable dismissed the N100 million offer as too low, asserting that his fans frequently give him similar amounts.

“That N100m, my fans give it to me. N100m is small for me to fight VDM. Let them give me one billion, I will fight him and beat him,” he stated.

“If anybody can drop N1 billion, I will fight him. Someone you can’t hold, you are now asking me to fight and beat him.

“You are scared of him, you can’t jail him,” Portable added.
