I Will Insulate Enugu Economy From National Threat- Peter Mbah

The governorship candidate of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) in Enugu State, Peter Mbah, said he will insulate the economy of the South East state if elected in 2023 from existential economic threats facing the country.

Newsonline reports that Mbah said his administration if elected will make Enugu an investment destination for investors.

The founder and Chief Executive Officer of Pinnacle Oil and Gas Ltd said this on Sunday while addressing Ezeagu Igbudu Movement which paid a courtesy visit to his residence.

Peter Mbah said, “We will insulate Enugu State from the existential threats being faced by the national economy by creating enabling environment for investors, making agriculture profitable, scaling up production by establishing industries and reactivation of moribund ones.

He further ‘assured them that my administration will be driven by the mission to transform the economy, engender socio-economic shift, change the narrative and make the state a destination for investment.

Earlier, the convener, former commissioner in the state, Chief Joe Mmamel said Mbah “is the right candidate to partner with for the transformation of our beloved state.”
