NewsOnline Nigeria reports that Flamingos head coach, Bankole Olowookere, has voiced confidence in his team’s ability to make a strong impression at the 2025 FIFA U-17 Women’s World Cup in Morocco.

The Nigerian U-17 women’s team touched down in Casablanca on Wednesday to begin the final stage of their preparations for the global tournament.

Olowookere’s girls head into the competition in remarkable form, having won all 10 of their friendly matches in Abuja, with an impressive 44 goals scored and none conceded.

The coach is optimistic that his team will carry their impressive form into the main tournament.
