“These politicians are struggling and they’ve lived their lives struggling for the national cake which they will distribute amongst themselves. It is therefore in the interest of ordinary Nigerians to know that they have to vote to stay alive,” Bishop Kukah said.

He further called on the youths to take the election seriously by having their permanent voters card. He called for shun of violence by followers of the 2023 election candidates.

Kukah advised the youths not to engage in thuggery for politicians who he said are all friends.

He added that Nigerians “must understand that these politicians know themselves” regardless of political parties and ethnicity.
