Video showing the moment Nnamdi Kanu was laughing in court with his lawyer today has gone viral.

Recall that the trial of the IPOB leader was adjourned until the 19th and 20th of January 2022.

The IPOB leader has made his third court appearance since June after security operatives extradited him from Kenya illegally.

The IPOB leader was brought to court amidst tight security by operatives of the Department of State Security (DSS) around 9:50 am.

However, Nnamdi’s Kanu’s lawyers reportedly stage a walk-out before the judge entered the courtroom.

This comes after the IPOB leader told the Judge that one of his counsels from the United States was denied access into the court by the Nigerian secret police, DSS.

It was also gathered that reporters, lawyers, and other observers were barred from covering the trial of the detained pro-Biafra activist at the Federal High Court in Abuja.

This news platform gathered that journalists who had arrived at the court premises as early as 6am, were denied access to the courtroom by operatives of the Department of State Services, DSS.
