
NewsOnline Nigeria reports that the outgoing Biden administration said Friday it will be up to President-elect Donald Trump to decide on whether to enforce a law banning China’s popular TikTok app in the United States.
“Given the sheer fact of timing, this Administration recognizes that actions to implement the law simply must fall to the next Administration,” Press Secretary Karine Jean-Pierre said in a statement after the Supreme Court upheld a law shutting out TikTok on national security grounds.
