President Tinubu has appointed his son-in-law As the Managing Director of FHA.
NewsOnline Nigeria reports that President Bola Tinubu has approved the appointment of his son-in-law, Oyetunde Oladimeji Ojo, as the new Managing Director/CEO of the Federal Housing Authority (FHA).
This Nigeria news platform understands that Ojo, who was a member of the House of Representatives, is married to President Tinubu’s eldest daughter, Mrs. Folashade Tinubu-Ojo.

Ojo and other executive management teams of parastatals within the Federal Ministry of Housing and Urban Development were appointed, according to a statement made on Thursday by Ajuri Ngelale, Special Advisor to the President on Media and Publicity.
The release states that Mr Shehu Usman Osidi was named the Federal Mortgage Bank of Nigeria’s (FMBN) managing director and CEO.
For FMBN, three additional Executive Directors were named.
The individuals in question are Ms. Chinenye Anosike, Executive Director (Business Development & Portfolios), Mr. Muhammad Sani Abdu, Executive Director (Loans & Mortgage Services), and Mr. Ibidapo Odojukan, Executive Director (Finance & Corporate Services).
For FHA, four Executive Directors were chosen.
The executive directors include Arc. Ezekiel Nya-Etok, executive director of estate services, Mr. Mathias Terwase Byuan, executive director of housing finance and accounts, Mr. Umar Dankane Abdullahi, executive director of business development, and Engr. Oluremi Omowaiye, executive director of project implementation.
A portion of the announcement said, “Shehu Osidi, the new CEO of FMBN, is a banker with over 30 years of work experience, including 13 years in mortgage banking. He graduated from the Wharton School of Housing Finance at the University of Pennsylvania and the Kennedy School of Government at Harvard University.
According to Daily trust, Oyetunde Ojo, the new CEO of FHA, was a member of the House of Representatives and has over ten years of expertise in the real estate and hotel sectors. He graduated from the University of Greenwich in the United Kingdom with a master’s degree in peace and conflict studies.
