No Presidential Candidate Has Intelligence, Experience As Tinubu- Shettima

The vice-presidential candidate of the All Progressives Congress (APC) Kashim Shettima, has said among the top contenders for the position of presidency in the 2023 election, no one has intelligence and experience like Bola Tinubu.

 

Newsonline reports that Shettima, a former governor of Borno State, lamented that the APC presidential candidate has turned out to be the most demonized Nigerian ahead of the 2023 election.

 

APC vice-presidential candidate, Shettima, stated this on Tuesday, while speaking in Lagos, at an event organized by business community and organized private sector in Lagos, for Tinubu to present his policy document for the country.

Shettima said, “This man seated here (Tinubu) is one of the most demonized Nigerians but take it from me, the true hallmark of leadership is not the ability to carry a bag of cement.

 

“We are not preparing for the Olympics, but an institution that relies on a field of ideas and tracks records and shows me, I dare to challenge you, show me among the people vying for the presidency of this country who has the experience, track record and of course, who has the intellect to catapult this nation to a higher pedestal.”

 

The former governor of Borno State charged on Nigerians to elect Tinubu to transform the country the way he transformed Lagos State as governor.
