LOPE Chairman Justice Celebrates Girls’ Empowerment on International Day of the Girl Child 2025

LOPE Chairman Justice has celebrated Girls’ Empowerment on International Day of the Girl Child 2025, says the world becomes brighter when every girl can dream.

 

NewsOnline Nigeria reports that the Chairman of the League of Online Publishers and Editors (LOPE Media Network), Justice Mmadubugwu, has joined global voices to commemorate the International Day of the Girl Child 2025, celebrating the courage, leadership, and resilience of girls driving positive change across the world.

This year’s theme, “The Girl I Am, The Change I Lead: Girls on the Frontlines of Crisis,” underscores the powerful role girls play in transforming communities and leading solutions even in the face of adversity.

In his goodwill message, Mmadubugwu described girls as “the heartbeat of hope and the architects of tomorrow,” urging governments, organizations, and communities to create more opportunities that enable them to learn, grow, and lead.

“At LOPE Media Network, we believe in storytelling that uplifts and empowers. The girl child is not just a promise for the future but a force shaping today. Every girl deserves education, safety, and the chance to lead meaningful change,” he said.

He further emphasized the importance of investing in girls’ education, protection, and creativity, noting that empowering them contributes to building stronger and more inclusive societies.

“When we give girls a voice and a platform, we amplify progress for everyone. The world truly becomes brighter when every girl can dream and achieve without limits,” he added.
