Lagos Lawmakers has taken serious action on Ikoyi Building Collapse.
Newsonline reports that Lagos State House of Assembly members visited the Ikoyi building collapse site on Wednesday to access the level of damages.

The legislature hinted that concerned government officials would be invited to answer questions in relation to the disaster.
This online newspaper understands that the Chairman, Committee on Physical Planning and Urban Development, Hon. Nureni Akinsanya led the delegation.
Akinsanya disclosed that the Speaker, Mudashiru Obasa, directed the team to carry out an in-person assessment of the scene.

The legislator said they would present a report on findings to the House and then ask relevant officials to appear.
He commended the responders for their efforts since Monday and commiserated with families of victims.
“I want them to take heart and look unto God for the strength to bear the tragic incident.
“We have been on the ground for hours and seen what has happened. We will write our report and take action.”
Noting that a special committee will look into the findings, Akinsanya assured that whatever is necessary would be done “even if we have to amend our laws”.
