
Kwankwaso has debunked reports of dumping PDP for APC.
News Online reports that the former Governor of Kano State, Senator Rabiu Musa Kwankwaso has reacted to reports that he is planning to dump the Peoples Democratic Party, PDP, for the ruling All Progressives Congress (APC).
A media aide to Kwankwaso, Saifullahi Hassan, told DailyTrust that the report making the rounds that Kwankwaso plans to return to the APC was false.
The leader of the Kwankwasiyya Movement also confirmed that he is not planning to float a new political party to challenge PDP and APC for presidency in 2023.
Meanwhile, the Kano State Commissioner for Rural Development, Musa Iliyasu Kwankwaso, said Kwankwaso will be welcomed back to the APC if fhe is ready to submit to the leadership of Governor Abdullahi Umar Ganduje.
