NewsOnline reports that Nigerian HipHop legend, Eedris Abdulkareem’s record label, Lakreem Entertainments has officially confirmed to the general public, that Abdulkareem has been well.

The information which was passed via a statement issued on Minday through an aid, Hon. Myke Pam, that Eedris has succesfully undergone kidney transplant, not failing to announce that the surgery was successful and that his wife, YT donated one of her kidneys to save the rapper life.

The statement reads, “As the recuperation and healing process begins for both of them, with the best that science can offer, under the ever benevolent gaze of the Almighty God, surrounded by the love and care of family, we ask that the prayers and support be sustained as they gradually get back on their feets again”.

We wish the legendary rapper a speedy recovery.
