Apart from the announcement of the minimum admission cut-off, the meeting will chart policy directions for the nation’s tertiary institutions, set admission guidelines, and make a holistic review of application statistics, performance, decide concessional and acceptable minimum admissions standards to be applied in all admissions to be undertaken by all tertiary institutions in Nigeria as well as evaluate the 2022 admission exercise.

Last year, the idea of a general cut-off mark was scrapped and institutions were allowed to decide their own minimum cut–off marks. We’ll see if there will be any notable difference this year.

As usual, NewsOnline Nigeria Team will bring you all updates from the meeting on that day.
