The list released by the electoral umpire did not contain the names of the candidates of the Peoples Democratic Party PDP, Mr Valentine Ozigbo, and that of the All Progressives Grand Alliance APGA, Prof. Chukwuma Soludo.

This online news platform understands that the decision of INEC is in compliance with a court order.
