Ibom Air Passenger, Comfort Emmanson has been offered ₦500k job offer and luxury paid trip.

NewsOnline Nigeria reports that Ossai Ovie Success, Senior Special Assistant on Media to Delta State Governor Sheriff Oborevwori, has announced a ₦500,000-per-month job offer and an all-expenses-paid trip to Delta State for Comfort Emmanson, the Ibom Air passenger recently released from Kirikiri prison.

Ossai said the gesture is aimed at helping Emmanson recover from her ordeal. The package includes flight tickets, five-star hotel accommodation, guided tours, and attendance at the Delta Social Media Summit in Asaba on August 28.

“I’d like to extend an invitation for her to visit Delta State, the Big Heart and Home of Global Tourism Hub. All expenses will be fully covered, and she won’t be disappointed,” he wrote on Instagram, urging anyone in contact with her to inform her of the offer.

Emmanson was arrested on August 10 after an altercation aboard an Ibom Air flight, accused of refusing to switch off her phone and assaulting a flight attendant. She was arraigned on five counts and remanded at Kirikiri Correctional Facility until her release, after police withdrew the charges.

The incident, widely publicized through viral videos, prompted Aviation Minister Festus Keyamo to condemn the leak of the footage and pledge action against those responsible. Following her release, Ibom Air lifted its lifetime flight ban on Emmanson.
