I Will help You With All Logistics To Save Nigeria- Wike Tells Peter Obi

I won’t leave this house. I will never allow armed robbers to take over this house. I will stay and chase away armed robbers.

The Governor of Rivers State, Nyesom Wike, has promised the presidential candidate of the Labour Party, Peter Obi that he would help him with all logistics he will need whenever he is coming to the state to have his presidential rally.

Newsonline reports that Wike said if Peter Obi had stayed in the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) he would not have been able to accomplish his ambition save the country.

Wike lamented that the former governor of Anambra State was humiliated by the PDP which led to his decamping from the party.

The Rivers State governor who stated this on Thursday at the commissioning of Ikoku Flyover in Prtharcourt added that, unlike Peter Obi, he (Wike) will remain in the PDP to fight the armed robbers who want to highjack the party to ruins.

Describing Obi as a good and trustworthy man, Wike said he would stand with him to ensure his ambition for Nigeria is achieved.

Wike said, “I know you as a person, you have all the criteria, you have all the characteristics to lead this country, you have it. Nobody can deny that for you.”

He continued, “I know the humiliation you suffered. Nobody will hear what you passed through in the PDP. But me, I will not leave. I will stay and fight.

“I won’t leave this house. I will never allow armed robbers to take over this house. I will stay and chase away armed robbers.

“But I thank God you saw the light early, because if you had stayed, you would not have realised your ambition to be able to save Nigeria. I know what you can do. You are a performer. The truth must be told. I am a man of truth.”
