Hilda Baci is set to cook 250 bags of rice in bid for World’s Biggest Jollof Pot Record.
NewsOnline Nigeria reports that Former Guinness World Record holder for marathon cooking, Hilda Baci, has announced plans to set another historic record by cooking the biggest pot of jollof rice.
In a video shared on her Instagram page on Monday, Hilda revealed she would prepare 250 bags of basmati rice in a giant pot measuring 22,619 litres, with dimensions of 6 meters wide and 1.1 meters tall.

The mega event, scheduled for September 12, 2025, is expected to feed at least 10,000 people.
Hilda, who first rose to global fame after cooking continuously for 93 hours and 11 minutes in 2023, said this new challenge would further push the limits of culinary achievement and African food culture.
