FireBoy’s PlayBoy Album Debuts On Billboard 200, Fans Compares Him To Rema

Fireboy DML debuts on the Billboards 200, Man is hot

Afrobeats singer and YBNL signee, Fireboy has debuted on the Billboard 200, this comes just two weeks after his album Playboy dropped on streaming platforms.

NewsOnline reports that, YBNL signee and Olamide’s Protege, FireBoy has debutted his third studio album “Playboy” on the Billboards 200. The album which features a host of collaboration from chris brown, Ed sheeran, Shenhea, Euro, Asake  and his colleague Rema, was dropped on the 5th of August 2022.

The album, on the 16th of August was announced to have sold 9,000 copies, hence debuting No. 129 on the chart for the week dated 20th of August, 2022.

Similarly,  debuted at number 4 on Billboard World Album Chart, becoming Fireboy’s highest debut on the chart.

This comes as no surprise, as the artiste has been on a winning spree in recent times, he had Ed sheeran want to guest on his smash hit single “Peru” late last year.

Fans on the other hand took to twitter to bash the Bad commando, Rema, who definitely has no issues with Fireboy, as he was also featured on the album himself. fans are known to like to create rivalries among Afrobeat singers, but this time we are certain, it wont yield result.
