NewsOnline Nigeria reports that the Federal Government has begun the prosecution of the blogger, Ibezim Chike Victor, who accused the former works and housing minister, Babatunde Fashola, for writing the judgments of the Presidential Election Petition Court (PEPC) that dismissed the petitions by the Labour Party (LP) and the People’s Democratic Party (PDP).
Vitor, purported to be among the trio implicated in the reports, faced arraignment at the Federal High Court in Abuja, charged with six counts under case number FHC/ABJ/CR/434/2023.
He is accused of engaging in criminal conspiracy, cyberstalking, and defamation.
