Pastor David Olaniyi Oyedepo a Nigerian preacher, Christian author, businessman, architect, and the founder of the Living Faith Church Worldwide has been slammed by Femi Aribisala for stating that he remains the richest pastor in the world.
Newsonline reports that Femi Aribisala, a social critic, said Oyedepo’s net worth of about $150 million is five times low compared to the wealth of the richest pastor in the world.
Femi said Kenneth Max Copeland is the richest pastor in the world, with a net worth of $760 million which is five times richer.
Oyedepo is the presiding Bishop of the Faith Tabernacle in Ota, Ogun State, Nigeria, whose church is also known as Winners’ Chapel International.

Femi said, “David Oyedepo of Winners’ Chapel says he is the richest pastor in the world. He is not. His net worth is only $150 million. Kenneth Copeland is five times richer. His net worth is $760 million.”
Kenneth Max Copeland is an American televangelist and author associated with the charismatic movement.
The organization he founded in 1967, Eagle Mountain International Church Inc., is based in Tarrant County, Texas. Copeland’s sermons are broadcast across the US and worldwide on the Victory Channel.
Aribisala however, admitted that ” In any case, financial wealth is not a distinction of the kingdom of God.”
