Davido has cautioned Samklef for leaking the video of his twins.

Newsonline Nigeria reports that famous afrobeat musician, Davido, has called out singer Samklef for allegedly leaking the video of his wife and their newborn twins on the internet. The video, which quickly circulated online, showed an excited Davido and his wife, Chioma, celebrating the arrival of their newborn babies in front of a hospital.

The excitement surrounding the twins’ birth had been building throughout the week, with various speculations and rumours swirling about the couple’s expanding family. However, these rumours remained unconfirmed until the heart-warming video surfaced on October 13, 2023.

Davido, taken aback by the premature revelation of the twins, didn’t mince words in his response to Samklef’s post. He left a fiery comment on the video, accusing Samklef of seeking clout and branding him as “wicked.”

In his comment, Davido exclaimed, “Wtf, You know you’re not meant to post this, you f***king clout chaser. You are wicked, delete this.”

In the midst of the chaos, Davido reached out to Samklef to address the situation. After their conversation, Samklef clarified that he had obtained the video from a public domain on Twitter, just like many others, and had no intention of harming Davido or his family.

In a follow-up post, Samklef expressed his goodwill towards the singer, saying, “Me and Davido are cool. Davido initially believed that I was the one who leaked the video after our DM conversation. However, I clarified that I obtained the video from the public domain on Twitter. Wishing blessings upon your home and family.”Davido subsequently deleted his earlier comments from Samklef’s post.

The happiness surrounding the birth of Davido and Chioma’s twins resonates deeply with fans, particularly after the untimely loss of their three-year-old son, Ifeanyi, who tragically drowned in their home’s swimming pool in 2022.
