Singer Davido declares love for Nigeria, says he always love to be home

 

NewsOnline reports that, Afrobeats singer, Davido took to his social media platform earlier today to share why he is so fond of returning to Nigeria after every gig he performs outside of the country.

The hit maker claims that he loved being in Nigeria as there was no place like home, he further emphasized how he had always been that way from when he was just a kid. For him, even if he had 4 hours to be in Nigeria, he would come home.

The singer further admonished the government, Davido told them to do better as this country is blessed.

In his very own words, he wrote “People always wonder why I fly back home after gigs…….Funny enough when we used to come to America on holiday as a kid I’d cry to my parents that I wanna go back to Naija…. I really love being in Nigeria idk y…. Even if I have 4 hours to be in…. I go run am! NO PLACE LIKE! Our leaders need to do better the country is blessed”.

The superstar has always been in love with Nigeria afterall.
