President Bola Tinubu has approved a new appointment.

 

NewsOnline Nigeria reports that President Bola Ahmed Tinubu has approved the appointment of Adeboye Adeyinka, popularly known as Zulu, as the Senior Special Assistant to the President on Grassroots Sports Development.

 

This Nigeria news platform understands that Zulu, a seasoned sports administrator, previously served as Special Assistant to the former Minister of Sports, Senator John Enoh.

His extensive career also includes working with four different Lagos State Governors in various capacities, solidifying his reputation as a dedicated advocate for grassroots sports.

With a wealth of experience in sports administration and grassroots development, Adeboye Adeyinka is set to play a pivotal role in supporting the National Sports Commission’s efforts to transform and revitalize Nigerian sports.

 

This appointment reflects President Tinubu’s commitment to fostering sports development at the grassroots level, which is essential for building a sustainable sports ecosystem in Nigeria.

 

Zulu, on Monday, formally presented his appointment letter to the National Sports Commission (NSC) Chairman, Mallam Shehu Dikko.

 

He pledged to work alongside Dikko to strengthen the nation’s talent development pipeline.
