PDP has summoned President Tinubu’s appointee, Wike for questioning.
NewsOnline Nigeria reports that the People’s Democratic Party (PDP) may soon take disciplinary action against Nyesom Wike over his recent alleged anti-party activities.
This Nigeria news platform gathered that PDP has officially sent a letter to Wike, summoning him to appear before the party’s disciplinary committee to address accusations of anti-party activities and sabotage.
This development was disclosed by the party’s Deputy National Publicity Secretary, Ibrahim Abdullahi who appeared on Channels TV.

Ibrahim said:
“The PDP has sent a letter to Wike, requesting him to appear before the disciplinary committee.
“Wike should be able to manage his words carefully; that is very disappointing remarks. We weren’t expecting him to say that, and we do not support him on that.”
The letter comes just days after Wike vowed not to allow anyone to take control of the PDP’s structure in Rivers State.
The former Rivers State Governor threatened to cause political unrest in any state where PDP governors attempted to interfere with the party’s affairs in Rivers, urging them to stay clear of the party’s matters in the state.
He said, “Let me assure all of you, not while we live will anybody take away the structure of the PDP from us. But let me tell people, I hear some governors who say they will take over the structure and give back to somebody.
“I pity those governors because I will put fire in their states. When God has given you peace, you say you don’t want peace – anything you see you take.
Because I heard they got some money from a signature bonus, and so their heads are getting big that you will put a hand in my own state. Prepare because I have the capacity to also do the same thing in your own state.
“Whether you are from Bauchi, I don’t give a damn, whichever state you are from, as far as I know, that you are trying to put yourself in Rivers State, your hand will get burnt, and you will never sleep in your state.”
