Lamido Sanusi is set to be installed as the new Emir of Kano.
Newsonline Nigeria reports that Lamido Sanusi is set to be re-installed as the Emir of Kano following videos of the coronation hall that surfaced on the internet.
In the video which was shared by a reliable Twitter source, Imran Muhammad, it was seen that the banner of the current emir of Kano has been brought down while the hall is being renovated.
This has confirmed the rumors that made rounds when APC lost the state to Kwankwaso’s NNPP during the governorship election that was held in March.
The current governor of Kano state, Abba Gida Gida has been demolishing every structure left behind by the former governor, Abdullahi Ganduje and has now moved to the traditional sector.
It would be recalled that Sanusi was removed disgracefully from office by the former governor in the most controversial way.
