DSS has arrested Soyinka at Lagos Airport.

 

NewsOnline Nigeria reports that the Department of State Security Services (DSS) has arrested Adejuwon Soyinka, a Nigerian journalist with the Conversation Africa.

 

According to PREMIUM TIMES, Soyinka was apprehended and detained by officials of the state security service after he arrived at the Murtala Muhammed International Airport (MMI), Lagos at about 5.40 a.m. on Sunday.

Adejuwon Soyinka

Soyinka had arrived in Lagos from the United Kingdom on a Virgin Atlantic flight.

 

This Nigeria news platform understands that the DSS is yet to give a reason for Soyinka’s arrest.
