Court has reprimanded Naira Marley and Sam Larry among others to prison over Mohbad’s Death.

NewsOnline Nigeria reports that a Magistrate Court sitting in the Yaba area of Lagos State on Wednesday has remanded Azeez Fashola, alias Naira Marley, and Lagos socialite, Balogun Eletu, alias Sam Larry, to police Custody.

The Lagos State Police Command requested that Fashola and the others be remanded for 30 days pending the completion of their investigation.

However, Magistrate Adeola Olatunbosun ruled that Fashola and the others be remanded for just 21 days.

Recall, Naira Marley and Sam Larry have been accused of frustrating and assaulting late singer Mohbad, which led him to depression and finally died.

Mohbad died on Tuesday evening, September 12 after allegedly receiving a tetanus injection from a nurse in a private hospital here in Lagos.

The father of one, was seen in different videos where he was chased by some Marlians.

In one of the video, Mohbad was seen running and saying “if I die today, Naira Marley is responsible”.

Now, to aide with the investigation, police invited Naira Marley, Sammy Larry and Primeboy who first pronounced Mohbad’s dead to come for questioning, but at the time of filing this report, Primeboy has been declared wanted because he refused to honour police invitation.

Earlier today also, the Lagos State Police Command had declared a certain “Primeboy” Wanted.

Following his failure to honour police invitation successfully sent to him since the commencement of investigation into the circumstances leading to the death of Mr Ilerioluwa Aloba aka Mohbad, the Lagos State Police Command declared wanted Owodunni Ibrahim aka Primeboy.

It was revealed that Ibrahim is approximately 1.64-m tall, male, dark-complexioned with tribal marks and Yoruba by tribe and his last known address was 3rd Power, Oke Eletu, Ikorodu.
