NewsOnline Nigeria reports that Mrs. Blessing, daughter of Akwa Ibom State’s Deputy Governor, Dr. Akon Eyakenyi is dead.
she died due to complications from childbirth at a hospital in Port Harcourt, Rivers State.
She had been married for seven months.

Government officials, politicians, and friends are offering condolences to the grieving family.
This tragedy follows the death of Akwa Ibom’s First Lady, Pastor Patience Umo Eno, who passed away on September 26, 2024, after a brief illness.
