Atiku Paid $5k To Get Nigerians In US Snap Pictures With Him, Dino Reacts

The Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) presidential candidate, Atiku Abubakar, allegedly paid $5000 to Nigerians in the United States to snap pictures with him.

Newsonline reports that Dino Melaye, spokesman for the Atiku/Okowa Campaign Organization has also reacted to the allegation that Peter Obi, Labour Party presidential candidate told Nigerians in the US to be hostile Atiku.

Gaius Chibueze, a Miami-based Nigerian, disclosed that alleged members of Atiku crew in the United States called him to arrange Nigerians to meet and have audience with the former vice president of Nigeria, with a promise that each Nigerian he arranged will be paid $5000.

Gaius, also disclosed that some of his friends also confirmed getting the alleged call from Atiku travel crew in the US.

Disclosing this on his Twitter handle, on Sunday, Gaius wrote, “Someone just called me now from New York if I can Organise Nigerians in Miami to come meet ATIKU that they are paying up to $5,000 per person. What an Insult? imagine saying this Africa’s First Bitcoin Investor Worth Millions of Dollars living in Downtown Miami! Hmm!

“These Useless Nigerian politicians truly Weaponise Poverty. Atiku didn’t know that Nigerians in America are busy and can only come out for Love and not Money. This Corrupt Nigerian Politicians always think it’s all about Money.”

He further wrote, “Atiku needs to understand that most Nigerians in America have Emancipated themselves from the Poverty Nigerian Politicians used to Enslave our People back home.

“Imagine them promising to pay me Africa’s First Bitcoin Investor small $5,000 to come out with people from Miami! Hmm.

He added on Monday, “Atiku’s people have been calling me to take down my Post where I said someone called me to Mobilize Nigerians in America to meet Atiku for $5,000 each.”

He added, “they are paying $5,000 each and we are not still coming out. They are even mad to say they will pay after the event.

“My friend just confirmed to me that some Jobless Black Africans Americans are been Mobilized since most Nigerians like myself are not forth Coming.”

Gaius added that the people who attended the Atiku meeting were homeless Africans in the US.

“If you see any Small Crowd just know it’s 90% of those Homeless people in California,” he said.

Reacting to what he described as a malicious story to discredit his principal, the former vice president, Melaye said, the post was a lie from the pit of hell.

The post trending on social media read, “Obi went to the US and told Nigerians to be hostile towards other candidates. It is a shameful thing. Despite our pleas that we meant well and our candidate would want to interact with them, nobody gave us listening ears. We felt like orphans amongst our people.”

In reaction, the former senator of Kogi West senatorial district said, “This malicious, fallacious and nefarious lie from the pit of hell shows the desperation and blow that will hit both Obi and Asiwaju people soonest. Why are you all afraid of Atiku. None of the presidential candidates can get the reception and acceptability that Atiku got.”

Recall that the PDP presidential candidate, Atiku Abubakar, was in the US for a meeting with the US Chamber of Commerce Secretary for African Affairs.
