1.) Digital Marketing Strategist
Location: Ikoyi, Lagos
Deadline: 5th November, 2021.
Responsibilities
- Build, plan and implement the overall digital marketing strategy
- Stay up to date with latestdigital trends, technology and best practices.Manage all digital marketing channels.
- Prepare and manage digital marketing budget
- Oversee all the company’s social media accounts
- Manage and improve online content, considering SEO and Google Analytics
- Monitor competition and provide suggestions for improvement
- Manage AdWords and other paid channels
- Set targets and build strategies to help achieve them
- Develop and implement campaigns to better lead quality and beat the competition
- Perform data analysis around web traffic and other key metrics
- Monitor ROIs & KPIs, and set up mechanisms to measure multiple campaigns across many online channels
- Draw meaningful conclusions from campaign data and identify potential opportunities for improvement

- B.Sc Degree in Marketing, Digital technologies or relevant field
- At least 3 years of experience as a Digital Marketing Strategist or similar role and experience in developing and implementing digital marketing strategies
- Good knowledge of different digital marketing channels

- Experience with SEO/SEM, Google Analytics and CRM software

2.) Graphics Designer

Responsibilities
- Planning concepts by studying relevant information and materials.
- Illustrating concepts by designing examples of art arrangement, size, type size and style and submitting them for approval.
- Preparing finished art by operating necessary equipment and software.
- Coordinating with outside agencies, art services, web designer, marketing, printers, and colleagues as necessary.
- Contributing to team efforts by accomplishing tasks as needed.
- Creating a wide range of graphics and layouts for product illustrations, company logos, social media content, brochures and websites with appropriate software.
- Reviewing final layouts and suggesting improvements when necessary.
- Create and design various materials for print and digital collateral.
- Ensure projects are completed with high quality and on schedule.
- Establish creative direction for the company as well as brand guidelines.
- Prioritize and manage multiple projects within design specifications and budget restrictions.
- Perform retouching and manipulation of images.
- Work with a wide range of media and use graphic design software.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree qualification.
- At least 2 years’ experience as a graphics / creative designer.
- Demonstrable graphic design skills with a strong portfolio.
- Proficiency with required desktop publishing tools, including Photoshop, InDesign Quark, and Illustrator.
- A strong eye for visual composition.
- Effective time management skills and the ability to meet deadlines.
- Able to give and receive constructive criticism.
- Understanding of marketing, production, website design, corporate identity, product packaging, advertisements, and multimedia design.
- Experience with computer-aided design.

3.) Procurement Officer
Location: Ikoyi, Lagos

Responsibilities
- Preparation of cost estimate and budget for purchase for building and civil works.
- Maintain records of purchases, pricing, and other important data.
- Review and analyze all vendors submitted quotations and give necessary recommendations appropriately.
- Develop and manage plans for all procurement activities.
- Negotiate the best price for procurement activities.
- Ensure all goods and services to be procured are of high quality as specified.
- Maintain and update a list of vendors and their qualifications, contact and all necessary information.
- Work with team members and procurement manager to complete duties as needed.
Requirements
- You have a Bachelor’s Degree as a Quantity Surveyor
- You have a minimum of 3 year work experience in similar role
