Apostle Suleman Blasts Dangote Over Deadly Auchi Truck Accident

Apostle Suleman accused Dangote of negligence in the management of his fleet, insisting that many Nigerian families have been thrown into mourning due to repeated accidents involving his trucks.

Apostle Suleman has blasted Dangote over deadly Auchi truck accident.

NewsOnline Nigeria reports that the President of Omega Fire Ministries International, Apostle Johnson Suleman, has strongly condemned billionaire businessman Aliko Dangote after another fatal accident involving a Dangote truck claimed lives in Auchi, Edo State, on Sunday.

The incident occurred along the busy Benin–Okene Expressway, directly opposite the Omega Fire Ministries headquarters, when a Dangote truck allegedly suffered brake failure and rammed into a white Mercedes-Benz GLK carrying four passengers.

Eyewitnesses said the impact of the crash killed three occupants instantly, while one person was left in critical condition. The collision also pushed the truck into a BUA vehicle approaching from the Benin axis, before the Dangote truck went up in flames. Emergency responders rushed to the scene to contain the fire and rescue victims.

The tragic crash comes barely days after another deadly accident involving a Dangote truck in the same Auchi axis, sparking widespread outrage in the community.

Reacting to the incident, Apostle Suleman accused Dangote of negligence in the management of his fleet, insisting that many Nigerian families have been thrown into mourning due to repeated accidents involving his trucks.

“Dangote, you are not the only rich man on earth. Your recklessness in managing your business has caused harm to families and made many parents childless. Just now, your truck killed three people in Auchi,” Suleman said emotionally at the accident scene.

He further alleged that untrained and drug-influenced young drivers are often entrusted with Dangote trucks, thereby endangering public safety.

Visibly shaken, Suleman vowed that the deaths would not go unchallenged and called on relevant authorities to urgently investigate and hold Dangote’s company accountable.
