Newsonline understands that rumour had it that Chioma Uzodinma, wife of Hope Uzodinma, governor of the state was kidnapped earlier today.
This online news platform reports that the rumour of Imo Governor Uzodinma Wife being Kidnapped broke out on Monday, following the high rate of insecurity in the state.
Meanwhile, Newsonline Nigeria reports that the Imo state government has denied a media report that Chioma Uzodinma, wife of Hope Uzodinma, governor of the state was kidnapped.
Reacting, Commissioner for Information and Strategy, Declan Emelumba, denied the report, saying that the enemies of the state are the ones spreading the rumored kidnapped.
His words: “There is no truth in that. Those who are behind the rumour are wicked and are devil’s agents. They are the ones wishing the state bad.”
