Supreme Court is set to deliver judgment in Atiku, Obi’s appeal against Tinubu today.

 

Newsonline Nigeria reports that the Supreme Court of Nigeria is set to deliver judgment in the appeal filed by the People’s Democratic Party and the Labour Party.

 

This Nigeria news platform recalls that at the hearing of the appeal on 23rd October, the court had reserved judgment for a date to be communicated to parties.

In a notice of judgment dated 25th October signed by the registrar of the court Zainab Garba, the court informed the respective appellants that the judgment would be delivered today.
