Manchester United have moved to quash rumors of a Cristiano Ronaldo move to Sporting Lisbon.

 

NewsOnline reports that, Manchester United have moved to quash rumors of a Cristiano Ronaldo move to Sporting Lisbon. Caught Offside tweeted Thursday that a Ronaldo return to Sporting Lisbon was ’99 percent done’.

However, an Old Trafford source has told the Daily Mail that the 37-year-old Portugal sensation is still expected to stay with the Red Devils this summer.

The club, meanwhile, could yet sign another four players before the transfer window closes next week.

Meanwhile, United want to sign Martin Dubravka from Newcastle as a backup to David de Gea.
