NYSC Announces Registration Date for 2025 Batch ‘B’ Stream II

NYSC has announced the registration Ddate for 2025 Batch ‘B’ Stream II.

NewsOnline Nigeria reports that the National Youth Service Corps (NYSC) has announced the commencement date for the registration of the 2025 Batch ‘B’ Stream II prospective corps members.

In a statement shared via its official X handle on Thursday, the scheme disclosed that registration will begin on Monday, September 8, 2025.

However, the management did not specify the closing date for the exercise.

Established in 1973 by the administration of General Yakubu Gowon, the NYSC scheme was introduced as part of Nigeria’s post-civil war reconciliation efforts. It was designed to promote national unity and integration by deploying graduates of tertiary institutions under the age of 30 to states outside their region of origin for a mandatory one-year service.
