May Edochie Speaks On Apologising To Estranged Husband, Yul

“Please disregard false claims that are being circulated. There has been no apology from May. She’s continuing to pursue the divorce proceedings and damages related to adultery.”

May Edochie has denied apologising to estranged husband, Yul.

NewsOnline Nigeria reports that Nigerian businesswoman cum social media influncer, May Edochie has dismmised viral apology letter to her estranged husband, Yul Edochie.

Recall that May Edochie filed for divorce in 2023, after Yul introduced Nollywood actress, Judy Austin, as his second wife in April 2022.

May, who cited adultery for her divorce, demanded ₦100 million in damages from Yul.

However, a letter that circulated online alleged that May had apologised to Yul amid their ongoing divorce case.

Addressing the viral rumours, May Edochie, in a Facebook post shared by her lawyer, Emeka Ugwuonye, described the alleged apology letter as “a desperate attempt to create a narrative when other efforts have failed.”

May clarified that she did not issue any apology and urged the public to disregard it.

She said, “May did NOT issue any apology. It was Yul who chose polygamy, and previously apologized. However, such apology would not alter the current legal situation.

“Please disregard false claims that are being circulated. There has been no apology from May. She’s continuing to pursue the divorce proceedings and damages related to adultery.”
