BREAKING: Kogi Governor Reveals Identities Of Those Who Murdered Sowore

Kogi Governor has revealed the identities of those who murdered Sowore yesterday in Delta State.

Newsonline reports that the Governor of Kogi State, Yahaya Bello has said evil men killed Olajide Sowore.

Bello, Newsonline understands, however, noted that the evil men must be arrested and prosecuted to face the wrath of the law.

Recall that Olajide, the younger brother of former Presidential candidate, Omoyele Sowore, was killed on Saturday in Okada, Edo State.

Reacting to the murder, the governor condemned the killing of Sowore’s brother, saying that the death was a “painful one.”

The governor’s reaction was contained in a message signed by his Chief Press Secretary, Muhammed Onogwu, to mourn Sowore’s death, EkohotBlog reports.

The governor’s statement reads “evil men carrying out such an act of cowardice on a harmless citizen, must be brought to book.” He added that no life should be lost in such a barbaric manner.

Governor Bello stressed further that the 50-year-old Olajide Sowore, a student of Pharmacy at the Igbinedion University, Okada, was making such remarkable feats at that age, hence served as an inspiration and example of a determined individual.
