The presidential candidate of the All Progressives Congress (APC), Bola Tinubu, on Tuesday, met with the country’s business community and organized private sector.
Newsonline captured the business leaders, investors, and captains of industry across various sectors present as Tinubu gave a glimpse into the economic agenda.
During the meeting held at the Eko Hotels and Suites in Victoria Island, the former Governor of Lagos State shared his action plan which contains details of how he intends to improve the economy of Nigeria if elected to succeed President Muhammadu Buhari in 2023.
Below is a roll call of business leaders present at the meeting:
President of Dangote Group; Aliko Dangote, Chairman of Zenith Bank; Jim Ovia, Chairman of UBA; Tony Elumelu, former Chief Executive of Access Bank; Aigboje Aig-Imoukhuede, Group Chief Executive of Access Bank, Herbert Wigwe, former Chairman of Forte Oil, Femi Otedola.
Others present at the meeting were Tinubu’s running mate, Kashim Shettima; the Director-General of the APC Presidential Campaign Council and Governor of Plateau State, Simon Lalong; APC National Secretary, Senator Iyiola Omisore, and APC Women Leader, Betty Edu.
Several Governors of the APC included Babajide Sanwo-Olu (Lagos), Gboyega Oyetola (Osun), Atiku Bagudu (Kebbi), Nasir El-Rufai (Kaduna), Abubakar Badaru (Jigawa), Dapo Abiodun (Ogun), Albulrahman Abudulrasaq (Kwara), Abdullahi Ganduje (Kano) as well as other APC leaders and chieftains.
