EPL: Man City Coach, Guardiola Reveals Haaland’s Ambition

Manchester City manager, Pep Guardiola, has revealed that striker Erling Haaland’s ambition is to ‘be better.’

Guardiola insisted there is more to come from striker Haaland, who has made a scintillating start to the new season.

Newsonline report that Guardiola described the Norway international as an exceptional striker.

The Spaniard said, “He’s an exceptional striker, I have said it many times.

“But at the age he is, and I think he has ambition, he wants to be better, and I think he will be better.”

Haaland joined Manchester City from Borussia Dortmund for £54 million in the summer transfer window.

The 22-year-old striker has scored 13 goals in just nine appearances for Man City so far this season.
