Davido Announces New Album, He Calls The Incoming Album A Classic, Who’s ready?

Davido reveals he has a new album in the works, while reflecting on social media

 

NewsOnline reports that just before dropping his first single earlier this year, Davido revealed the single “Stand Strong” was the first offering off his next album, The superstar taking to social media today has finally revealed that the album which is rumoured to be titled “We rise by lifting other” will be released later on this year.

Although, the singer is yet to officially announce an album title, but he had earlier on this year toured North America and still has an on going tour of Europe which he called The We rise by lifting others tour. He also disclosed during an interview with the dotty show on apple music, that he has decided to change the name of the album from ‘We Rise By Lifting Others’ to something else, but for now the singer has not announced a new name.

Today, the singer took to twitter to share a tweet, he wrote “I shall love long Amen! To receive all the blessings God has in store for me! And you already know my blessing Nah OUR BLESSING! 001!! Album on the way! I’m inspired!!”.

Should Fans be hopeful of a new album: With no release date in sight and no new single coming soon, the likelihood of a new Davido album in 2022 doesn’t look certain especially as 2022 is already in its third quarter.

However, Davido has constantly said that his next album is ready for release, and fans will be eager to see the Star keep his word.
