The member of parliament representing Richmond (Yorks) has been elected by the Conservative Party to be the leader, which has given the Indian, United Kingdom member of parliament an opportunity to be British Prime  Minister.

 

Newsonline reports that Sunak will be taken over from Liz Truss who resigned from her position after being in office for 44 days.

 

Sunak’s election is contrary to popular opinion by some political analysts that Boris Johnson, former UK Prime Minister may return to his position.
