NewsOnline Nigeria reports that the Nigerian National Petroleum Company Limited (NNPCL) on Friday, April 4, 2025, named a new team of eight senior executives to steer the company’s operations.
This move came shortly after the appointment of the new Group Chief Executive Officer (GCEO), Bashir Bayo Ojulari, and the company’s new Board of Directors.
The announcement, made through the company’s Chief Corporate Communications Officer, confirmed that all the new positions take effect immediately.
The newly formed leadership team will work directly under the guidance of the GCEO to drive the company’s goals in various areas.
Rowland Ewubare has been appointed as the Group Chief Operating Officer, while Adedapo Segun takes on the role of Group Chief Financial Officer.
Olalekan Ogunleye will be in charge of Gas, Power, and New Energy as Executive Vice President.
Also part of the team is Udy Ntia, who will oversee Upstream operations. Mumuni Dangazau has been appointed as Executive Vice President for Downstream, and Sophia Mbakwe will handle Business Services in the same capacity.
The team also includes Adesua Dozie, who will serve as the Company Secretary and Chief Legal Officer.
