
NewsOnline Nigeria reports that the former governor of Kaduna state, Mallam Nasir El Rufai has visited a former vice president and presidential candidate of the PDP, Abubakar Atiku in Abuja
According to reports, El Rufai, who headed the family of Kashim Imam visited the former president in Asokoro for non-politics-related matters.
The purpose of their visit was to formally seek the hand of his daughter, Hafsat Atiku Abubakar, in marriage.
Among the distinguished attendees at the event are the National Security Adviser, Nuhu Ribadu, along with former governors Sule Lamido of Jigawa State and Aminu Waziri Tambuwal of Sokoto State, among others.
