BREAKING: INEC Announces Date For Supplementary Elections

INEC has announced the date for supplementary elections.

 

NewsOnline reports that the Independent National Electoral Commission has fixed April 15th for the completion of all pending governorship, national, and state assembly supplementary elections.

 

This online newspaper gathered that Rotimi Oyekanmi, the Chief Press Secretary to the INEC Chairman disclosed this on Monday at a press conference.

Oyekanmi said, “Arising from its meeting held today, the Independent National Electoral Commission has decided that all outstanding governorship, National and State Assembly supplementary elections will take place on Saturday 15th April 2023.
