Tunji-Ojo urged Nigerians to reflect on and embrace the virtues of selflessness, forgiveness, forbearance, and love, which he said were exemplified by the life and teachings of Jesus Christ.

He also encouraged citizens to uphold the values of tolerance, unity, and community spirit, stressing that such principles are essential for strengthening national cohesion.

The minister further reiterated the commitment of the Federal Government of Nigeria to policies aimed at promoting national rebirth, economic growth, and shared prosperity for all Nigerians.

The public holidays will allow Christians across the country to observe Good Friday and Easter Monday, key events in the Christian calendar commemorating the crucifixion and resurrection of Jesus Christ.
